Our meat processing knives are available with either a plain edge or our 'world famous' Granton Edge, which is manufactured with a series of hollow ground scallops making a very fine edge for precise cutting and also making the blade easy to sharpen.

As with all of our knives, our meat processing knives are available with different styles of handle to ensure a more comfortable grip. They are also available in a range of different colour handles, to help with food safety and hygiene procedures.
